We went to the park this morning and a very small friendly dog was there too. Ethan loves dogs (though he's been nervous about letting them get near him recently) and he wanted to play with him.
I think that he like the dog because it didn't look bigger than him. Even when the dog was jumping up on him, it didn't get taller than Ethan and he laughed while they played.
But this was a very playful dog. After a couple of times getting jumped on, Ethan wanted to climb up on me, or on his bike, which, as he repeated a few times "It's not for dogs".
But, then after a minute he'd want to go back over and see the dog again. He even threw the chew ball for the puppy to chase. Overall we had a very fun time at the park this morning.
